The workgroups are comprised of professional, community, business, and lay representatives with particular interest or expertise in the given intervention area. During the planning phase, there were 5 workgroups charged with developing recommendations for the strategic plan. In the implementation phase, there are workgroups that carry-out the activities of the interventions, plan for sustainability, and coordinate the publication and dissemination efforts. Each workgroup is chaired by a Leadership Team member.
